If participating in sports can keep them interested and keep them out of trouble it can save a child's life, it can also boast their self esteem.
Participating In sports and other extracurricular activities doesn't just keep them out of trouble and active, but is also saves a child's life. Being in activities takes up time. You'll have no time to be on the streets, which means being in danger from, drugs, violence, and peer pressure to do so from your friend. It can save their life also because they won't be so bored to do crazy things.
But on the other hand, others might think children are going to force these things, so they might as well see how it is while their young instead of running into things while their older and don't know what their getting into. (Although, if you teach your children wrong from right, they’ll understand what's happening. Then in activities will have a greater impact on them not getting in trouble because they won't have time.)
Participating in extracurricular activities and sports keep children out of trouble. It
helps the parent out too. It helps them out because some parents have to work a lot and children would have somewhere to go until their parents get off of work. Also it helps because in aftercare or sports. At least some kids have parents that care for them to not be out in the street so they put them in some type of sports to keep them occupied.
