How To Write A Case Study Lynn's Unrestful?

Lynn had a unrestful night and into the morning of 7/15/15. The morning medication was adminstered at 7:00 pm. Although Lynn had been given her morning medication and had eaten breakfast, she began requesting and demanding her 1:00 pm medication. At approximately 8:00 am, Lynn’s behavior escalated and she began to attack the support staff, DSP Clark and DSP Seay. Lynn pinched, scratched, chased, and threatened harm to both DSP’s. Lynn would demand medication and then have moments of sobbing cries, in which she would beg for an overnight stay at a hospital. A phone call was placed to Mobile Crisis at approximately 8:30 am. While on the call, case manager Angela Mullins completed an assessment of the behavior being exhibted by Lynn. CM A Mullins
requested ambulance services to transport Lynn to University Medical Center for further assessment. Ambulance and police arrived and transported Lynn to the ER at University Medical Center. Once there Lynn was evaluated, she was coded for a 6404 admission. Psychiatric hospitals were contacted and no beds were available, therefore UMC contacted Mobile Crisis for another evaulation. Mobile Crisis came to UMC and CM A Mullins completed another evaulation at 3:00 pm. Lynn was considerably calmer than she had been hours earilier, therefore CM Mullins spoke with the attending physcian to reverse the 6404 admission and Lynn was discharged. Lynn was discharged back into the care of Prospect at 6:00 pm. Lynn has a follow-up appointment with her psychiatrist on 7/16/15 at 11:00 am
