How I Spend my Time … Okay, so I am going to attempt to write about how I spend my time. My days are not typical; I would have to write a book to explain how my time is spent, so I am going to dive into this analysis and hopefully you will get the idea of how my time has been used since starting college. One day I was a wife, the next day I was a mother, and then I woke up one morning a college student. Let me tell you, being a student and having to make time for studying and homework is a huge chore when you have a family. I wish I could stop the clock sometimes and catch my breath. Every day seems like a rushed dream. You know the kind of dream that you do not get to enjoy because you did not get to see someone or do something long enough before you wake up? I have been feeling that way recently about my new schedule. Between going to college, family and my job, I feel like I need to have a few clones of myself to keep everything done because I am not the best at organizing my time. I am going to tell you, first, I love being a wife and mother. Recently though, since I started college I feel like I do not have enough time for my husband and children. I have been struggling with starting something new like college and taking on more responsibility at my age and time in my life. School has really taken up a lot of my time and energy; it is as demanding of my time as my kids are! A great professor named Mrs. Jennifer Emery told me to keep a weekly schedule of my time and to write down my roles by using the time sheet and list all the goals I want to meet per role. At last, maybe I have a solution to help me spend my time wisely so I will have time to play games with my kids or go on “ date night “ with my husband while keeping my studies up as well. It has been a week and my time sheet is finished now. I have my roles and goals written down. I can see that it is
