I got in because to me that mean it gives me more ways to volunteer and help out in my school. My favorite part of volunteering is seeing how I hay have influenced the kids. At my church, I help out with events we host. One is Mega Sports Camp, which I love helping out with because I get to see all these little kids and it makes my day. Another way I help out is in school. I’m always very excited if I can help with a fundraiser or anything else. If I got in to NJHS I would be so happy, because I could help more in my school. My second reason is that I am very responsible. I get my work done and I am very punctual and I turn my work in on time. I make sure that I do my homework and I can comply with dates well. I make sure if I miss place my homework, that I ask for another so I can get it turned in. I don't like making excuses so I seldom make them. I always get my work done and turned in on time. I’m always doing my work and I make sure to do that work at the best of my abilities. I rarely forget my homework, computer, or anything else I was supposed to bring. I make sure everything is in my bag before I leave the house. I think that if I did get into NJHS it would help me become even more responsible. That is how I’m very responsible and why that would very helpful for NJHS. My third reason I think I should be in NJHS is I am a very hard worker. I try my absolute hardest to get good grades and do well on interims and Parcc tests. I would be very happy if I got into NJHS because would give many more opportunities to prepare me for high school and I think it would get me to work even harder that I do. I’m also a hard worker because even when there is homework and I’m swamped, I always find time to do it. I always do the best of my abilities and force my mind to think as hard as it can. I always am trying my hardest and I think that NJHS could strengthen that even more. Another reason I believe I should be in NJHS is because I strive very hard to get good grades and I have good grades. My GPA is a 4.1000 and it teeters between 4.1500 and 4.1000. I haven't ever had a C and my grades are all A’s or A+’s. I work very hard to get those grades and I also make sure I behave in class, so my work habits grades are always A’s and A+’s. I always make sure that I keep my grades where they are and I always am striving for my best. If I do happen to get a grade I'm not fond of, I make sure that as soon as possible I get my grade up. For instance, once I had a complex goal not met, so as soon as I could I made sure I got my grade up and now that goal is met and my grade for that quarter is A+. Even in the topics I don't enjoy as much I make sure I work my hardest. I’m always trying to improve my grade with extra credits and 4.0 opportunities. So, I do meet the grade requirement for NJHS. I not only believe I should be in NJHS, if I was indeed accepted I would very honored because this has been a goal of mine even before I got to middle school.
My older sister Kristina, valedictorian for PV, was in NJHS and well she was valedictorian. This is also very important to me because I also have a goal of being valedictorian, so every little bit helps. I would also like to get into a good school, and even if this doesn't make a huge mark, it could provide me with helpful skills for my future. Currently my plans are to go to college and get a degree in physical sciences, or something to help me with my dream job of being a forensic scientist in California. Right now the colleges I’m interested in are I really hope that getting into NJHS would help me do better in high school, college, and my adult life and …show more content…
job. I’m also very excited to be in NJHS, because that also means that I could meet new people and make new friends that are outside of my classes.
This would be very nice because I always love making new friends and this is a great opportunity. Another great thing is since there are upper class men, I can hopefully learn from them and be more prepared for 8th grade. I’m also really excited to have another chance at not only making friends, but possibly meeting teachers. I’d really love for this to happen because at the time I don't know a whole lot about the teachers in 8th grade. I’m very excited about being able to meet new people and teachers, so getting into NJHS would be huge opportunity I would be so blessed to
have. Lastly, if I got into NJHS I would also be very excited because that would mean that NJHS could give me some great leadership skills. These would help me in my adult life and getting a job. These mean a lot to me because I want to live a good and stable life and a good job is crucial. I would love to have more social skills and more leadership skills. I do indeed get very nervous about standing up in front of people and I’d love for NJHS to help me with that. I think having even more social skills would also be very helpful for my high school career and the rest of my middle school career. That is all the reasons I believe NJHS has a spot for me. I am very responsible and hard working, I love to volunteer, and I have very good grades and work hard to keep them there. I also think hat NJHS would give me some great leadership skills and social skills. I would be able too meet many new people, the upper class men would be a huge influence on me and be able to prepare me for my next year and high school. I would also get to meet many new teachers. For me being in NJHS would be a huge honor and it would help be able to check more things off my bucket list. It has always been a goal and mine. So, that is why NJHS would be a huge honor to be part of and a great opportunity I don't want to miss.
