Interpersonal Conflict: Movie Analysis

As some people use emotional support to better the lives of those around them, there are people who will use emotional support from others to allow themselves to be satisfied and not care the effect it has on anyone else. This is clearly shown when Bianca goes on her first date with Joey Donner. Now that Kat has agreed to make an appearance at a Friday night party Bianca can finally start dating. Bianca and her friend Chastity spend hours preparing for their big night out but as the night goes on Bianca is starting to see what Joey is more into himself then he is into her and she begins to feel unimportant. The night is coming to an end and Joey suggests that Bianca and Chastity move along to a different party to keep the night going. This is seen when Kat comes out of a music store and as she is getting back into her car looking at her records she just purchased Joey feels his entitlement to park his fancy red sports car directly behind Kats blocking her in.
