The elective in Management and Business Consulting was extremely valuable to me. In essence, it brought together all the facets of the total three-year MBA programme. Personally, I foresee my career developing into this new area. From what I learnt during the lectures there are certain competencies that definitely pose personal development challenges.
In order to define and motivate what, in my view, the primary competencies are for excellence in the field of leading and/or consulting for change it is necessary to have a holistic view of what the key responsibilities, and functions of a Change Consultant/leader are.
