1. Brief introduction of the company Kenexa is a leading provider of software-as-a-service, or SaaS, solutions that enable organizations to more effectively recruit, retain and develop employees. Their solutions are built around a suite of easily configurable software applications that automate talent acquisition and employee performance management best practices. They complement their software applications with tailored combinations of proprietary content, outsourcing services and consulting services based on 24 years of experience assisting customers in addressing their Human Resource (HR) requirements.

2. Why was moving to SaaS important? In late 1997, responding to growing demand from our customers, Kenexa embarked on a strategy to provide comprehensive human capital management services integrated with on-demand software. Since that time Kenexa has participated in the evolution of HCM software from hosted applications to full multi-tenant SaaS, and all current (as well as future) solutions are built according to this model.

3. Products offered Kenexa 2x BrassRing, Kenexa 2x Recruit, Kenexa 2x Onboard, Kenexa 2x Perform are the list of product offerings from Kenexa and they are used by organisations to not only help identify the most talented candidates, they also integrate seamlessly with Employee Assessments, Onboarding and Performance Management solutions to maximize individual performance and organizational success from pre-hire through to exit.
