For me, the most important thing to do if you want to perfect something is preparation, planning, and practice. Two problems for us prior to our presentation was our failure to prepare ourselves for the assignment properly and practice it so that we each knew the material flawlessly. Initially, we all met up before our presentation in an effort to practice and talk about our roles, but that effort was soon tossed out the window when we began to get side-tracked by going on our phones, going to get food, or just simply not contributing to the task at hand.
