What are some considerations to remember given the different roles and people in the audience?

Some of the considerations to remember when speaking in front of an audience should be to understand the audience member’s belief, to project credibility and honesty. Understand audience concerns and satisfy audience expectations. Also some other topics to consider will be to realize audience’s emotions and to address their doubts and provide correct and accurate information.

What would be the potential needs of the families of the miners in receiving a message about this incident?

The main and potential needs of the families of the miners will be that the appropriate persons are taking actions in maintain miners security as much as possible, that there is a plan set up to bring them to their beloved ones safety and alive and also that they are supporting miner’s families

What would be the potential needs of the company’s employees when receiving a message about this incident?

Some of the potential needs of the company’s employees are that employees are priority for the company and that company take full responsibility of provide them with necessary equipment/gears for employee’s safety while they are performing their duties. Also the there will be jobs cut off; all miners are keeping their jobs. And company is also taking full responsibility for medical expenses.

What actions must you take before and after the message is delivered to ensure that it was received as intended?

Some of the actions to proceed with the message and to ensure that it’s being received as intended will be to review it with appropriate personnel and company president for approval.
