Thank you so much for all that you do for Howard County. Mount Hebron High School is greatly appreciative of your help in creating a better school environment. The 2,000 dollar grant has been used to create a native plant garden in the senior courtyard. We decided that native plants would be the best plan as it conserves water, time, and money. This way we could do more with the money that was graciously given. It would be our greatest honor to have you attend the Mount Hebron ribbon cutting ceremony in the early fall of 2017. You would be able to see all the effort and work that the Mount Hebron staff and students have put into this project. We thank you for your time and we really hope that you will be able to…
First of all, you were probably the funniest/most entertaining teacher I have ever had throughout my elementary and secondary education. I thoroughly enjoyed coming to your class. You made learning lots of fun. Your students became apart of your lectures so many times it was like we was living the history you were teaching. You have a lot of passion for your job, teaching us and personally made me want to give the same amount of effort…
This letter is written on behalf of Destiny Williams. I was fortunate enough to have Destiny in my Leadership class this past Fall Trimester. She is an honest, thoughtful, and intelligent person with a promising future ahead of her. Destiny is a driven and intrinsically motivated person. Normally, during a high school student’s career, they are beginning to form their opinions on various issues, however, Destiny has a clear vision for her future and the person she intends to be. Destiny has grown into a confident young lady that is determined to succeed in the next phase of her education and the field of psychology.…
I would like to thank you for accepting to take part in my Capstone Experience as my faculty advisor. I am sure being a teacher at Robeson Early College High School requires a lot of time and makes your schedule very busy, so I appreciate you taking time out of it to help and advise me.…
I hope your start to school has been as easy as could be as much as I miss summer I cannot wait for all the events to come. Example being our Region 4 picnic Saturday, August 26th, 2017 at Hulda Crooks park. I am so proud of each and every one of you. I remember serving as a president and it being such a stressful but rewarding opportunity. I see your clubs through social media and astonished by the level of commit and drive you have. It brings a smile to my face to see so much growth and confidence radiating from you all. As board you all will create life changing memories for members new and old. Take the time to appreciate your hardwork cause that sure doesn’t go unnoticed. A poll was sent out earlier this week to see what…
Odle. I’m not sure when you are going to read this, but I’m gonna go off on a limb and say it's probable that it is after wednesday; I just wanted to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed your class for the semester I have had it, and I have honestly not seen the level of dedication you have to the subject in any other history teacher at McCallie. No, this is not an attempted to salvage a grade or anything of that manner, just my honest, legitimate opinion that I find easier to give in the form of text than through speech. I hope you have a splendid summer, and from the kid that often forgets to remove his hat; take care.…
I would like to extend an invitation to you to help make this the best year ever. It is important for us to work together to help the students realize the value of education. Your children and I are looking forward to having you come in and volunteer your time and talents in our classroom.…
You're one of my favorite teachers I've ever had. English and writing played a part, but the way you taught and related to kids on their level was pretty awesome to watch. I thought it was funny how you'd go off subject at a moment's notice and I remember you even bringing up two of my favorite subjects in class - Punk Rock and graffiti. I was especially impressed by your broad-mindedness and unrelenting support for the underdog.…
To my Year 12 subject teachers, I thank you immensely for ensuring that you provided an environment which fostered personal and academic growth. Moreover, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for extending on your role as a teacher and becoming a person in which I can confide in. I truly could not have succeeded if it wasn’t for the investment of these teachers in my Year 12 journey – something which truly allowed me to individually flourish. I extend my gratitude to each one of the staff, students and associates of the college by which I had the privilege to know, for providing me with unfaltering support.…
I hope this letter finds you doing well and enjoying your holiday season with your family. With the mix of school, family travel, family complications and, off-season training, it has taken me a bit longer than I had anticipated before I was able to write you. But, I wanted to write you and say thank you.…
Thank you for such a warm welcome to ILR. Your letter couldn't have come at a better time as the beginning of school approaches and the nerves start to kick in. I look forward to getting to know you and am comforted to know that there is someone to help make the transition smoother. My only question at this time is about classes. During your first semester I see that you took four classes instead of five and I was wondering if that is something you would advise?…
It has gone so incredibly fast. I can honestly say that I am going to miss this class. I am not going to miss the drive to Collinsville, though. I feel that I have grown a great bit while making my way through this Cross Cultural cluster. I never once dreaded having to work all day and then having to go to class and sit for four hours. My classmates are great. As a class, we always made it fun and entertaining. I do hope that I am blessed with having them in class with the rest of my journey seeking my bachelor’s degree. I have plenty of class left to conquer. Lastly, thank you, Professor Anderson! You made this cluster to be unlike any that I have experienced thus far. You made me feel comfortable from day one. I am a real big fan of your spontaneousness and flexibility. You could really feel your passion each night we met. You could tell you wanted to be there teaching us. Again, thank you. And, it would bring me great joy to have you again as my…
Dear Principal Farley, I am writing to you to discuss me completing high school early. After putting a lot of work into my high school career I would like to start a new part of my life, a new chapter. It’s always been a goal of mine to succeed and graduate and for me, completing high school early would be an even bigger bonus. I have worked hard to receive all my credits and pass each class, even if I struggled and it would be a honor to complete high school early. You probably get many kids who want to graduate early for all the wrong reasons, but I am not one of them. It wouldn't be me relaxing everyday. After completing school I plan to work full time, at least 40 hours a week so I can save up for college. Books, classes, gas are things…
As I said in our earlier conversation I do feel that this situation of harassment and violence has been allowed to continue far to long also I feel anything other than removing Bailey from your school will be a waste of time. We all know she can not be escorted by security for the rest of the year nor do I think she wants that .I cannot watch as Bailey's self esteem ,confidence ,and mental well being is over looked and used as a bargaining tool. . Disciplinary action should have occurred the instant Bailey reported this violence ,for whatever the reason being that this harassment/ abuse was allowed to continue for over 2 months, is now an issue for someone else to sort out.I will do everything in my power to make sure that Bailey is safe and in a learning facility that does not just talk about teaching the students to follow the…
This year in your english class you helped me improve myself not only in my knowledge but also helped me prepare for my life after high school. You didn’t only help me improve but made your class entertaining I didn’t mind waking up in the morning since I knew I was going to my english class with Mrs. Gholdoian for 1st period. Since the first day of school you put our class to work never really wasted a day of school, in your class every day counted. From preparing us to do ads, letters, eulogies, comparison charts and vocabulary to know doing multiple genre assignments and reading great books it was a tough but well organized school year!…
