With regards to strategic and cognitive competency, I am forward thinking and seek innovative solutions with a big picture view although my financial industry acumen is limited and I need to improve efficiency in communication to inspire results driven behaviour. My manager’s scores are noticeably lower across board. The general positive perception on my emotional intelligence amongst the group, although my manager perceived that I could be more open and receptive to feedback from others. To develop my strategic and cognitive competency, I should seek to improve my business acumen and build on effective communication of and attractive vision for the future of the organization. To improve team and organizational efficiency, I have to be more effective at building consensus and support for initiatives amongst key decision makers, and also deal with conflict effectively and promptly. Developing the courage to implement tough consequences for poor performance will enhance my execution
