Les Founes Mission Statement
Mission Statement Analysis of Les Fougères Restaurant I am a very passionate about food. Especially good food. A brief glance at the description of Les Fougères Restaurant and it is easy to see my choice for analysis.
Description:
Located near the majestic Gatineau Hills, Les Fougères Restaurant offers a country elegance and a magnificent view to the guests while partaking a scrumptious meal. Les Fougères Restaurant's menu changes depending on the seasons. They have an la carte menu, a monthly table d'hôte, an 11-course tasting menu, and many more.[1] Upon viewing the mission statement I was excited to discover if the restaurant could live up to it's lofty goals.

In the span of under 3 minutes, the video communicated effectively the grand sum of the mission statement as well as confirming the accuracy of the description, all without a single piece of dialogue and very limited text.[3] I must say, going through Les Fougères Restaurant's website was quite a treat. It was attractive, highly informative and easy to navigate. I could not find any flaw with respect to their mission statement. Point 1) Chef/Owner Charles Part and his wife Jennifer Warren have clearly put a lot of time and effort into producing such quality goods and services. Reading through Our History shows a commitment to service, sustainability and community. The restaurant has consistently achieved accolades regionally, nationally and internationally throughout the years, most recently the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for 2014. A look at the comments on their guest book suggest that the restaurant is highly desirable and popular on a broad scale. With the addition of a line of prepared foods and an artisanal production

Red Lobster was started in 1968 with one location in Orlando, FL. Now it has grown to one of the largest restaurant chains in the nation with 690 locations in all major cities. When Red Lobster was a young chain in the 1980s, it had a reputation for high quality seafood away from the water. In recent years, the company has struggled with its image. In a 2004 survey, participants questioned the “quality of the seafood” and the “taste/preparation of the seafood” (exhibit 6). Red Lobster needed to change how they are perceived by the public. Red Lobster should continue to overhaul their image, by completely remodeling the inside and outside of their almost 700 locations and improving the menu in order to attract the new Experiential market (Table A). Red lobster should move away from being an “over-indulgent”, lower quality restaurant and move to attract the “Experiential” market with a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere.…

I think their mission statement is analogous and fit almost perfectly to what I saw on their website. Fougeres.com just the name makes you think classy and first-class as people have a idea the French means expensive. The main home page has a photo of different types of cheese and you automatically think of wine, which is shown in the video I watch. The words " Nouvelles et evenements speciaux a vener chea le Fougeres” in French and in English, "News and upcoming special event at Le…

To Begin, A mission statement imprints your values and purposes firmly in your mind as well as the mind of each person. It represents the group organization or club. Willis Whitney; an American chemist and founder of the research laboratory of the General Electric Company, once wrote, "Some men have thousands of reasons why they cannot do what they want to, when all they need is one reason why they can."(Whitney 2013) We have all at one time or another lost the focus of our intention for our life, our work, and our goals. If a mission statement exists, then we would become alive to the vision that has been put in place. The mission statement is the exact reason we need to be able to do what we can and more. Pure confidence radiates off of it. So no matter what doubts may raise in the hearts of men…

My purpose in life is to serve God with honor, humility, and obedience. “ But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” (JOSHUA 24:15) I will honor God by helping other in my field of Psychology with hard work and dedication to all my patients. I will serve God by making sure I put other people’s needs before mine and making sure to remain humble, as He has taught us. Serving God will be the ultimate highlight of my life. No duty of serving God is too small, as long as your serving God. I will share the gospel of Jesus with whom I come across with because the gospel is the power of God. (ROMANS 1:16) I will be ready to pick up my bags and go wherever God tells me because to serve God is what I want to do. I will serve Him on the way to work and after work. I will serve Him as I teach my children about the Almighty. “You shall teach them diligently to your children and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.” (DEUTERONOMY 6:7) I will serve God making sure my will is not my own but His as Jesus also did. “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.” (JOHN 5:19) I will serve by comforting the poor in spirit, hungry, weeping, and the widows. “If there is among you a poor man of your brethren, within any of the gates in your land which the LORD your God is giving you, you shall not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your brother, but you shall open your hand wide to him and willingly lend him…

Be the teacher I would want my own child to have. This was my motivation and driving force throughout my entire studies at Walden University. I can stand before you today and say with one hundred percent certainty that I am now the teacher that I would want my own child to have. As I began my journey with the Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership, one of our first assignments was to read the college’s mission. As I read the mission, I remember wondering how an online program was going to prepare me to become a teacher who inspires and influences my students. I now understand that Walden University gave me the tools and knowledge to look deep within myself and my own teaching. Those tools have helped me become that teacher who is able to inspire and influence students.…
