Topic: Situational Leadership

Objective:
Students will: Identify different Leadership Styles of Situational Leadership. Understand the reason of why this theory teach us this concept. Memorize the 4 types: Directing, Coaching, Supporting and Delegating. When to apply each of those styles in some instance how to apply two or more in some cases. Describe the different styles. How to apply in in those cases.

Materials: PowerPoint, text book

Procedures Introduction: PowerPoint picture of before & after relaxer.

Body: Chapter review on Situational Leadership and PowerPoint.

Assessment

Student: What are the four Leadership styles?

Assignment:
Draw the situational leadership chart

Teacher: Share my real world experiences with leadership.
