Maybe every cyber bullying scandal does not make national headlines as Lewinsky did, but it does hit the internet. Monica insures to include the emergence of social media which has played a major role in cyber bullying today. Her ability though to tie her story into the problems kids face is so effective because seconds ago you felt the pain she felt and now you realize the pain teenagers across the U.S. feel. Which is why she busted back onto the scene a decade later to try and make a difference. Causing her delivery of the speech to be more affective for her argument, she was able to feel the pain these kids feel and make you feel the pain. She was able to relate. I believe her closing minuets is not only well spoken but very well written. It leaves the audience with something to think about. in lines such as “let's acknowledge the difference between speaking up with intention and speaking up for attention”.
