Los Maestros The Los Maestros goal as a terrorist group is to expand our drug operations into the South-West United States by influencing state governments through terror. We seek economic gain through the selling of drugs. The government is harassing us and slowing down our distribution; we want to take revenge. By attacking our selected places, we will be able to strike fear into the citizens and the government; we mean business. Attacking Hill Air Force Base will serve the groups goals and objectives by hurting government entities so that we can continue to distribute our products. We are trying to show that no matter how strong the government is; we will not be stopped. This act of violence and terror will prove that even the most protected
and secured places are still vulnerable. We will find the United States weaknesses and exploit them. Hill Air Force Base is a prime target because it is the biggest military structure in Utah. There are many civilians living around the Base that will be struck with fear. Many families live on Base and could be potentially harmed, making it an ideal place to attack. While many would think it would be difficult to access Hill Air Force Base there are actually many gates that have minimal supervision. Residents that live around Hill Air Force Base have been told their entirely lives that it will never be attacked because it is landlocked and thus, more secure. Having an attack on Hill Air Force Base will send the community into a disastrous uproar, which is exactly what we want to see happen.
Hill Air Force Base We will begin our attack at the Roy Gate of Hill Air Force Base because it is the least protected and monitored gate of the base. Most times of the day, there is only one officer posted at this gate. We will specially train a suicide bomber. We will provide this bomber with a combination of two high explosives. These two high explosives are Dynamite and trinitrotoluene(TNT). This combination of explosives will cause a large, highly destructive explosion. This explosion will occur once the on duty officer asks our specially trained bomber for his military ID. The explosion will set off a chain of events. Officers will be dispatched to the scene of the crime leaving other areas of the base vulnerable. While officers are taking care of the mess at the Roy Gate we will have two trained gunmen in place at the BX and the Commissary. These men will be armed with Mossberg MMR AR15 Semi-Automatic Rifles. Once they have been alerted of the successful bombing, they will begin to open fire on anyone and everyone in their path. They will move toward the back of each store, and attempt to get out of the building. If they are captured they have been instructed to take a cyanide pill enclosed in their mouth so that they cannot discuss our organization. If they are able to get out, an unmarked car will be waiting behind the exit. The two men have been given directions to a safe house, where they should meet no more than 45 minutes after the mass shooting occurs. If they show up later than 45 minutes, they will be shot onsite for fear that they have been captured and turned into traitors.
This act of terrorism may seem pricey, but in reality, is fairly inexpensive.
Each gun that the men are given for the mass shooting costs $700 and ammunition for the guns will cost $100. The average cost for TNT is $335. Dynamite is $60 for a 1kg Satchel; we would purchase 3 satchels. We would purchase a car for the suicide bomber to drive to the gate. This car would cost no more than $1000. We would provide training to our recruits for no price. We have experiences personal within our organization that can train them effectively. The total price of this terrorist attack would be $3,015. We are looking to spend a minimal amount of money but produce the most terror. Our main goal is to make money, if we spend all of our money on attacking the United States we will be hurting ourselves more than fighting for our
cause.
We believe that this attack will be successful because it involves a minimum amount of people to put it into action.
The less people, the less risk of something going wrong. Some issues that may occur may include; a fault detonation system, one of our gunman may be noticed and arrested before the attack is set to occur, the guns become jammed and do not fire, or a getaway car may break down. While there is a certain amount of risk involved in to reach our goal. We are not scared or willing to back down. We plan for success and will not be daunted by extra security. If the bomb does not detonate we will continue with our mass shootings. If a gunman is noticed before the shooting, we will inform the other gunman to take action right then. If a gun does not fire, we advise our gunman to take cover and get out of the building as fast as possible. If a getaway car breaks down or does not start our accomplices have been informed to take cover and notify
us.
