A leader always plays an important role in business world. Not only supervise the staff, but must also convince them to corporate objectives, by contributing their work with a commitment. Most leaders use their own styles of leadership. There is no ideal leadership style. First the leader has to realize what his natural style is. In many cases, the leadership style depends on his experience, knowledge and personality, which must be adapted to the specific situation, the expectations, capabilities and behaviour of employees. Selection of leadership style should provide not only the current successful business, but also balanced development of employees by raising their qualifications and mobilizing them for making more and more new and ambitious actions. It is important to create atmosphere of mutual trust, freedom to share common successes, failures and knew how to deal with them. All this can be achieved by communication between employees and leaders. There are many different factors that can influence an individual’s chosen leadership style or behaviour. The main factors that influence to my choice of leadership are positive work environment which makes employees feel good about coming to work, and this provides the motivation to supporting them during the day. The new employees are given a possibility to challenge themselves, successful initiatives when the process of consultation and feedback naturally results in better decision making with creative thinking helps them to solve problems.
