A means of connecting a computer to any other computer anywhere in the world via dedicated routers and servers.

Internet technology refers to a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet protocol suite. It usually gives service to billions of users worldwide and it is comprised of millions of private, public as well as government networks.

A management information system (MIS) provides information that organizations require to manage themselves efficiently and effectively.[1] Management information systems are typically computer systems used for managing. The five primary components of an MIS are: 1. Hardware 2. Software 3. Data (information for decision making), 4. Procedures (design, development and documentation), and 5. People (individuals, groups, or organizations).
Management information systems are distinct from other information systems in that they are used to analyze and facilitate strategic and operational activities.[2]
PowerPoint is a complete presentation graphics package. It gives you everything you need to produce a professional-looking presentation. PowerPoint offers word processing, outlining, drawing, graphing, and presentation management tools- all designed to be easy to use and learn.
Home
The "Home" tab is the first of seven tabs in PowerPoint's standard toolbar. In it, you can click "New Slide" to insert a new page into your slideshow. "Find/Replace" will allow you to type in two words into a dialog box. The program will search for all instances of the first word and replace it with the second word--finding and replacing it.
Insert
In the "Insert" tab, all of the options generally include different types of media to insert in the active slide in your slideshow. This tab is self-explanatory: click "Picture" to insert a picture from your hard drive, "Clip Art" to insert drawings from within the program or "Chart" to create and insert a chart.

In the "Design" tab, you can utilize a number of options that have a much more drastic effect on your slide. Here, you can pick "Different Template" to change how text and images appear on your slide. Alternatively, you can click "Page Setup" to change the layout from landscape to portrait or vice versa.
Animations
As the name of the tab suggests, the options listed here will allow you to add some flair to your slideshow in the form of animations. Selecting "Transitions" will let you choose how each slide presents the next one; you can choose whether you want it to fancily dissolve and swoop into the screen or if you just want it to slide across the screen.
Slideshow
Under the "Slideshow" tab, there a couple of options dedicated to previewing your slideshow and perfecting the final touches of each presentation. "View Slide" allows you to view the current, active slide as if you were running the slideshow. "Rehearse Timing" lets you choose how long you want a slide to be viewed before transitioning to the next one.
Review
Like in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint has a "Review" tab in which you can clean up any misspellings and grammatical errors. By selecting "Spelling," PowerPoint will scan for any words it does not have in its dictionary and offer suggestions on words you may have meant instead.
View
The "View" tab is similar to the "Slideshow" tab in that you can preview your slideshow and the options you have set in the previous tabs. Some of the options also allow for closer examination on your work. For example, you can click "Zoom" to magnify the content on your active slide.
