Business Information of McDonald McDonald is a world largest fast food chain and has much strength in its company that allows it to build a functional structure in the world. McDonald mainly sell burger since in year 1955 and until now, there are more than 33,000 McDonald in 110 countries. McDonald average serving 54 million customers per day, by providing different types of services such as drive thru, delivery, dine in and walk thru. McDonald became world largest fast food chain restaurant in the world because they are achieve their own value, “To be customers’ favourite place and way to eat – with inspired people who delight each customer with unmatched quality, service, cleanliness and value every time”. One of the greatest strength and mission is to create an image in the minds of the people and introduce them to the fast food culture. The company functions with great delivery speed, customer care and cleanliness. They also exercise a unique system of balancing the interest among owner and operator, supplier and company employee, which call “three-legged tool”, and this, is one of the mission and vision of McDonald. Other than that, McDonald take major part in contribute to the society. They help their customer build better communities and leverage their size, scope and resources to help make the world a better place with committed to sustainable business practices that does not compromise the ability of future generation to meet their needs. Besides those reasons, McDonald become world largest fast food chain restaurant because they success to meet customers’ need. McDonalds has a very recognizable corporate symbol and have been highly successful with their advertisements and establishing the brand image and logo in the minds of millions of people. Target customers of McDonald can be categorize into 4 major groups. Firstly, parents with children, who visit McDonald to enjoy their family time.
