My favorite dish
My favorite dish One of my favorite food is my grandma's corn cake and prepare it means a lot to me. My grandmother still alive, but this recipe always remember me my childhood and the whole time I spent with her. She is the best cooker I've ever known and her corn cake is wonderful. Is mouthwatering to think so. The directions to prepare the cake are very simple, but the result is really tasty. To make it, it's necessary to separate one can of yellow cornmeal and - this part is very important - use this can for all measures. So, it's also part of the recipe one can of cornflour, one can of milk, half can of soybean oil, three quarters can of sugar, three eggs and one tablespoon of baking powder. Now, you will have to mix everything in a blender, pour it in a tin and bake, in a preheated oven, for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar on the top of the cake and enjoy the flavor of a delicious meal. The instructions to eat depends on what a person likes to drink or the different additional ingredient you can use. For example, sprinkle cinamon with sugar on the cake can also be a good option. I love eat the cake when it is hot with a glass of milk and coffee. But I know some people that prefer the cake the other day that was made of. It's good to have it in breakfast, coffee break, with milk or juice, alone or in family. The important is to savor the cake. Finally, my grandma's corn cake is a good option to serve visitors or to make in a rainny day. No matter when or with who, I strongly recommend this dish. Is one of my favorite and also the favorite of others. Here in Brazil, the corn cake is very famous in a tipical Brazilian party that happens every year on June.
