My Leadership Philosophy
My philosophy on leadership is that leaders are to be self-aware, honest, hardworking, and always do what is right. Leadership requires for one to be a part of a whole, a team player while blazing the trail at the front of the pack. A leader must be dedicated, tenacious and resilient while being receptive, open and responsive. Leadership is understanding that no one is perfect and to be effective, it is important to develop your team as well as yourself.

It is important to be introspective as a leader identifying where changes could be made for a better outcome. This will help others see you as a leader who is fallible but resilient and provides leadership by example. My approach leadership allows for open dialogue. Being receptive to others is a quality a leader must demonstrate for personal and professional development opportunities.
