My Leadership Philosophy

There are two types of people in this world, there are followers and then there are leaders. I’m a well-rounded person that embraces leadership, learning, services, and global awareness. With this in mind, leadership is the characteristic that appeals to me the most because I personally view myself as a leader. As a leader I try to do what’s best for me and try and set goals for the others who look up to me as a role model. I’m ambitious, loyal, responsible, hard working, and intelligent. While I was growing up I hated school, and was loving the reckless life style. I didn’t care about anything. I never knew what I wanted in life yet, until I started actually realizing that I had a passion for playing football. I then knew I wanted to turn
I’m a very intelligent young man who just needed a push in the right direction. I became very dedicated to the game and my grades in school. Loyalty would play the role on how hard I would try to maintain my grades, by not letting my friends, work, or anything else distract me. There are many times that I would want to skip school or hang out with my friends, but I managed to stay loyal to my goals that I am striving to accomplish. Even on those sleepless nights that I experienced to finish homework, studying for a test/quiz, I would still manage to take care of my responsibilities like helping my mother paying house bills, my cell phone bill, buying groceries, and things that are needed around the house. School is always my first priority. I was raised to be a hard working young man that was taught to work for whatever I want. So that’s just what I was going to do: I was going to manage to bundle my school, work, and football schedule into one.
