And I have four observations I'd like to share with you today.
My whole take away from this is if you want to achieve work-life balance you need to:
1) 1. Be honest But the trouble is so many people talk so much rubbish about work-life balance., face reality is acknowledging the reality of the situation you're in. (If you feel that your life is unbalanced, admit it to yourself, ask yourself why, don't give excuses, because otherwise you'll never come up with a possible solution.)
And the reality of the society that we're in is there are thousands and thousands of people out there leading lives of quiet, screaming desperation, where they work long, hard hours at jobs they hate to enable them to buy things they don't need to impress people they don't like.
In this case, how we may feel about balance. We should recognize the imbalance causes, go to solve, so that narrow two imbalances, let us live happy.
2)It's up to us as individuals to take control and responsibility for the type of lives that we want to lead. If you don't design your life, someone else will design it for you, and you may just not like their idea of balance.
First, never let commercial companies in charge of the quality of your life, these companies will definitely make you squeeze more value, which is their essence.
Two, do not plan to give it the right to ask people you would never like someone else to set the balance. We must be responsible for their own lives to design and strengthen the various boundaries. Rational planning each day to each time period.
3)The third observation is we have to be careful with the time frame that we choose upon which to judge our balance.
2. Don't procrastinate. (Again, don't give excuses like I know my life is unbalanced right now, but I
