2: Work in ways agreed by your Company
Give an example of something an individual asks you to do that is not within the agreed scope of your job role, and say what you would do 2.1
An individual could ask a carer to go to the shop and buy things for them and offer them money for it, if this happened to me i would explain to the individual that i was not allowed to do this and suggest they ask their friends/relatives to get them things when they visit or request the items from management.
How do you know this is not within the agreed scope of your job role? 2.1
Because it is stated by management that this is not allowed without prior consent and individuals should be encouraged to request things from relatives.
