Microsoft provides their employees with free broadband communication and the option of their employees to job share (J, 2012). The free broadband communication enables faster internet access for their workers which could reduce their business operational stress and improves the quality of the work and could also lead to the decrease of anxiety (P Nagesh, 2008).
