The researcher gather information through primary and secondary source. Primary sources are:

Questionnaires
Questionnaires was used to gather information so that the individuals would get more time to answer to the question. This is cheaper than face-to-face interview it is also easy to analyse the data and a quick way to collect information.
Interview
Interview was used to gather information the researcher think it was the easiest way to get information within the company. The interviewer is able to probe responses from the interviewee.
Observation
Observation was used to gather information the researcher would call the company on a special day to go in and to watch individuals work in
