Topic: Renting an apartment is a better option than buying a house.

Introduction- Is renting an apartment a better option than buying a house. Explain your position in which you will discuss throughout the paper. Also include your thesis statement in the beginning and/or at the end of the paragraph.

Body- This portion of the paper is going to cover the position that I will be addressing. Here is where I will be giving examples of why the audience should agree with my position and points. I will be explaining that owning a house will be the best option as apposing to renting. How the cost of an apartment equals is a mortgage.

In the first paragraph of the body I will discuss how renting an apartment has limitations. How you as a renter cannot pick and choose who you’re sharing the house or apartment building with?
In the second paragraph of the body I will discuss how owning a home is an investment. How you can pick and choose what kind of neighborhood you live in. How the only time you need to be concerned with noise pollution is during the summer. And all the benefits of owning a house can bring.
In the third part of the body I will compare and contrast between renting and owning an house or apartment.

Conclusion- Is going to be the closing of my paper. Here is where I will prove that my position as well as my thesis statement is correct.

Explain why you decided to sequence your paragraphs as you did.

I decided to sequence my paragraphs that way because first there needs to an intro to the topic that I chosen. When writing for an audience you have to present the topic to them before you just go into details. They need to warm up to the topic and I need to be able to create a map for them to follow. The body of the paper is like being the visual tour guide it basically gives all the details that is need to explain both options. And the conclusion leads you to the end of the tour. It allows

The savings of becoming a renter keep adding up and it almost seems a waste of money to become a homeowner. The final decision is always up to each individual, but the savings of renting is a strong persuading factor in the decision of whether to rent or…

In order for a consumer to decide whether or not now is the time to purchase a new home, there are 10 basic principles of economics that we can follow. By learning and realizing these principles, you will have the ability to make one of the largest investments that a consumer could make in a lifetime. Even though all of these principles relate to the decision of purchasing a new home, there are some that have a direct impact and influence on an investment this large. The first principle that should be considered is that people face trade-offs. In order for someone to get something they want they usually have to give up something else. If purchasing a new home seems to be the decision that is best for the consumer, they may have to give up things such as family vacations and excessive spending on clothing or food. All factors of a trade-off could be considered by looking at the pros and cons of each situation. For instance, does more space, private living or the benefit of paying on something you will eventually own justify the cost of added utilities and maintenance of a home. There are other considerations to be taken as well, such as property and house taxes that would not be present in a rental agreement. This is…

Attending college is worth the time and money for some people and vice versa for others. In order to debate about how attending a college is worth it or not one would has to understand proven statistics in college graduates and those who chose not to attend a higher institution after high school through an article given by “Time Magazine”, a popular magazine throughout the United States, called “Is College Worth It?”. College can cost up to twenty thousand dollars a year or it can be no cost at all, as stated in the Times Magazine, depending on ones financial class in the United States. My opinion on this topic is that college is only worth it when it is free or reduced in pricing per year due to the loan paybacks that can ruin financial stability in the future.…

According to Lancaster 1966 understanding of urban location requires greater understanding of the activities which households undertakes as well as the housing system itself. Housing is defined by Dewar 1994 as a bundle of good that constitute different elements that can only be consumed in its unitary form. In essence housing as a good is different from any other good in that it is composed of different characteristics that must be satisfied for it to be consumed and the fact that housing takes up much of the household income makes it necessary for careful considerations to be made before any consumption starts to take place. However literature from Alonso (1964) highlighted that household chooses between accessibility and quality of housing as measured in part by the space consumed by any particular house in his access space trade off model. In contrast Muth 1969 tried to specify the housing elements by viewing commuting costs in any location as given and therefore deducted from income before the household make the choice to move. Thus Muth concentrated on the income relationship between the decision…
