Personal and Professional Goals

It’s funny I was asked to write a paper about personal and professional goals. I often recite in my head what needs to be done. First, in determining my career goals I believe goals are essential to maintain professional success. I want to also give my children a healthy environment so later in life they can accomplish their goals and be successful in their goals and be successful in their careers. It takes perseverance and diligence in order to maintain a successful life. Professionally I would like to have the ability to bring skills to the workplace that would secure my job stability. My driving force for the last three years has been to work with an incredible company that cares about their patient’s health. Making a difference within the company that I work for would be my idea of professional success. Personal success starts with me becoming more focused and organized within my learning environment. I would like to be able to manage time better and more efficiently between taking care of my children, work, education and other aspects of my life. Being able to attend online classes has allowed me to manage some time better such as being a mom on a fulltime basis I am able to watch their growth in the crucial first times in their lives even though I have attended a college campus I would still rather attend online classes it gives me the time to learn on my own. Second I would like to transition from studying student to working professional, I would like to overcome my fears of failure and have more confidence in myself in my chosen
