Therefore, I gave myself score 4 on the autonomous leadership style. I make decision on my own, but only after careful evaluation of various opinions, situation analysis and assessment of suggestions. Part II To relate my scores in leadership styles to the country scores, I first looked for the countries, which matched my highest scores. Then I marked countries with lower scores similar to mine. When I reached the last two leadership styles, I searched for similarities only with the countries with which I had approximate scores in previous styles. Having marked all countries, I was able to see which countries correspond to my leadership style.
