For example there is a young man who is currently attending a four year college. He doesn’t seem to be focused this semester due to the different campus parties. He’s always trying to blame the teacher instead of taking ownership of the fact that he likes to party instead of studying. President Obama visited Wakefield High School in Arlington Virginia he began his speech by addressing the fact that he has spoken about teachers responsibility to inspire there students, parents responsibility for making sure that kids stay on track, and government responsibility for setting high standards, and supporting teachers and principals. , none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities, unless you show up to those schools, unless you pay attention to those teachers, unless you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed. That’s the responsibility that you have to

Work Ethics plays a role in personal responsibility because it is crucial in reaching your work place goals. Factors such as your character, teamwork, attitude, time management, and communication play a big role in work ethics. Your character should display loyalty and trustworthiness you represent your company, establishing teamwork should be a confidence builder amongst each other, you must have a positive attitude to be able to receive and give constructive criticism, effective communication will allow you to deliver information in a courteous and professional manner, time management is a skill that you may want to perfect because it will allow you to combine all other factors effectively in a timely matter.
The most important reason for personal responsibility is it makes you accountable when you fail expected standard. It doesn’t give you an outlet to blame someone else for your downfall.
