Personality : The sum total of different ways an individual reacts or interacts with another individual,situation or object.
Eg. Two managers treat an employee in two different ways.
Personality Trait is the basic characteristics that an individual displays for a very long time.

MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) Model:
Extroverted (E) vs Introverted (I) : Individuals who focus on the outer world or the individuals who focus on the inner world.
Sensing (S) vs Intutive (N) : Individual who looks logics or an individual who adds meaning to different situations.
Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F): Individuals who take decisions looking at the basic truth/principle with analyzing pros and cons or individuals who use emotions while taking decisions.
Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P): Individuals who take decisions by their owns or individuals who take decisions by listening to others.

The Limitation of MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) Model is that it looks at two extremes, it does not look at or address the middle area/average point/gray area.
