To increase your mental efficiency, it is imperative to stick to the recommended hours of sleep. Creating a sleeping schedule can lead to a great increment of academic success, raising your mental efficiency, and generating an overall less amount of fatigue. Establishing a school start time at 7:20am would increase the amount of students with a boosted mental efficiency.
The present school start time is too early for the school to be expecting students to be at their best and prepared for the day.
