Napping does support when you didn’t receive enough sleep. What if napping wasn’t the best idea? When you nap you may go over the napping limit, which puts you in a cat, or a power nap. The difference in a cat/power nap and a regular nap is the time. When you over nap you tend to sleep less during the night, maybe you won’t even sleep at all! After taking long naps during the day too often you start to adjust to sleeping during daylight and you’ll adjust from naps to nearly nocturnal!
