To create a strong connection with the students, the teacher should say “kind word, listened, cared, and loved. This is the power in you. Teach… and transform a life”(Castillo, “The Power in You: Teachers' Influence in Students' Lives”). Students will be more interactive if they have a positive feeling toward the classroom and the teacher. Students love when the teachers listen and understand them when they want to express their thoughts on a topic. It is much easier to have an open-mind as a teacher is because that “Teachers who experience views where they might potentially put others in danger, do need to be dealt with appropriately”(Fapuro, “How do teachers stay open-minded in the classroom”).
