I know you said you have been squeezing yoga into your morning routine, but have you ever considered doing yoga or meditating before bed? My partner occasionally mediates before bed to provide an improved sleep. I certainly can relate to trying to find time when you have busy life, but I am delighted to hear you were able to overcome it and take on the challenge! If your ever extremely busy where you just cannot seem to squeeze in your FIT for the day, you may consider doing two sessions in one day to make up for it; just a little suggestion.
