I now eat at least one vegetable a day, drink 8 glasses of water and have oatmeal to start each day. I now do yoga at least 3 times a week, ride my bike everyday during the week and also lift weights on days that I take yoga in the wellness center. Through use of meditation and pranayama I manage the stress that life presents, I also have stopped drinking caffeinated beverages which helps keep me calm and relaxed. I now eat a wider variety of fruits and vegetables. Eating a larger variety of these beneficial fruits provides my body with all the natural energy and minerals it needs to effectively operate. By adding yoga to my fitness program I also gained the peace of mind that is achieved through meditation and pranayama practice. Eating a balanced diet will lead to a regular digestive cycle that provides me the fuel I need each day. Regular exercise will keep my muscles strong and mobile. Finally mediation and pranayama will keep my mind nimble and active. By implementing theses three changes I plan to live a long and prosperous
