During a science lesson in class 2, I was observing a little group of 6 pupils. The learning activity was the pupils planting some seeds in plant pots and then drawing a plant and labelling it. During the lesson a had to communicate with the other teaching assistant to explain which seeds were in which pots and when I needed the water for the plants. She needed to know this because she was labelling the plant pots with the name of what seed was inside. We did this because plants need different types of care so she also wrote what care the plant needed on each label. Both me and the teaching assistant were then going to plant these plants with the pupils outside.…

An area that really needs to be revised by my team and I is our connections between each activity. I believe that students were confused as to why the activity we did in the beginning, when we had students say if they could see specific objects around the room with out moving their body or heads and then leading into the discussion. This section I believe confused a lot of students because it started to lead to the misconceptions that a lot of students have about this topic of light, that we did not intend to happen. My Second student I chose for observation gave evidence as to why I think this is true. The student said, “My eyes couldn’t see behind me, because In the past I have seen the objects behind me, I couldn’t see them.” As you can…

To his country he said, 'With gladness do I give you my life.' He tried to comfort his parents and dear ones with these lines: 'I'll go where there are no slaves, tyrants or hangmen; Where faith does not kill and where God alone does reign.' The last line of the poem says: 'To die is to rest.'…
