I have illustrated my ability to be reflective upon my experiences, interactions with students, and lessons. Often during post-conference conversations with my mentors, I was able to identify places for improvement on my own. My FA said that I am “increasingly proactive, and initiating in regards to being reflective.” I am self-reflective, and try to be critical of my own work. Every time I have completed a lesson, I have always taken the time to think about areas where I could have improved. I believe as a teacher it is important to consistently be reflective, because that will help me grow in my practice. During this practicum, I have been increasingly open to considering alternatives and possibilities, as well as demonstrating my ability to form and reform ideas, methods, and techniques. I have come to the realization that this profession requires the need for tolerance for uncertainty, flexibility, and adaptability; often within the moment. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to do all my lessons twice. At times, I had ten minutes to make changes to my lesson or the way in which I delivered my lesson to have a more effective lesson the second time around. I noticed that even being a bit more explicit about how I wanted something completed, could lead to a better lesson. For
