As a member of National Honor Society and National Beta Club. Both have help to build my character. I live
a life that is pleasing to God so behavioral issues are nonexistent. My compassion for others is the reason that I want to become an ESOL educator. Where I live, there is gap that leaves foreign students unable to adjust and thrive solely because they are not proficient in English. It is through filling that gap that I would be able to give back to my community. It is in this way that I measure success: How much can I use what I have to build others up so that they can be successful? After all, the reason God puts us on this earth is not to live a selfish life, but a servant life full of building up and caring for others. I pray that my ability to recognize, pursue and procure my accomplishments is sufficient for me to become an honored Eagle Scholar.
