Description:
• Please read two books from the Penguin Reader collection or another source.
• Write one book report for each book you read
• When choosing a book, if there are more than 2 or 3 words on a page that you do not understand, then the book is too difficult for you. If you understand all the words on a page, then the book is too easy for you.
• Do not choose books that are too difficult or too easy for you. If Level 5 has too many vocabulary words per page, you may start at Level 4. If you understand all of the words per page in Level 5, then you need to start at Level 6. If the Level 6 books are too easy, look in the regular shelves of the Doucette Library. If you don’t find any books that you like, you can ask the librarian for help
• Try not to use your dictionaries!! Keep reading if you do not understand a word. Open your mind, and let the words flow inside.
