RESEARCH DESIGN
The Research design that the researchers will use is the quantitative research design, according to (Rudison C.) that using a descriptive design can effectively design a pre-structured questionnaire with both open-ended and closed-ended question and also that the information gathered can be statistically presented in this type of research design because they are describing on what are the possible effects of having road elevation in a particular place especially in Barangay Malanday. In Descriptive type of Research Design there are different ways that the Researcher can use so that they can possibly collect the Data they wanted to collect and some of these are interview and survey.

In collecting data the researchers need to have approval from their participants in Barangay Malanday was sought before concluding of interview to avoid any possible problem while doing their survey and the respondents have the limited time about 2-3 minutes to answer the questionnaire. The respondents in Barangay Malanday must be signed at the consent to participate and the participants must answer the question in questionnaire without any struggles. The validation of this paper should be done to know some points that needed to improve or to check.
DATA ANALYSIS
In order to analyze data will use a table that measure what is really the reason of elevating the road in Malanday and what is the effect of it in the residency on Malanday. Analyzing the data help the researchers to know more what is really the effect of elevation of the road in Malanday and it can be shown into the table of different answer of the respondents and the answers will be analyzed by the researcher to have a complete and accurate information to validate the study, the formula use is Likert Scale.
