we are able to put health and social care related information on websites, in order for the servicer users and/or their family can access as required. A popular example of these websites is the NHS website (NHS. NHS Choices Your health, your choices It has a variety of information on health care and service that available for service user. these includes details about particular illness such as their causes, symptoms and treatment. this website also contain information about who service users can contact for further information; whether that be their local health clinic, GP or social services.
Type of interpersonal interaction: everything we do with other is considered interpersonal interaction and there's two main type of it: first one is verbal interpersonal interaction, you can express verbal interpersonal interactions through the way you can speak; in soft tones, loud tones, and tones that include emotion such as anger or excitement. Which means verbal interpersonal interactions involves tone and volume. Also word choice is involves verbal interpersonal interactions. For example when patient to talks to a nurse, they would explain why they are feeling ill and how long the symptoms have been occurring, and they would most likely ask questions related to their illness. Their word choice would includes the words that they would choose to express
