RESEARCH DESIGN
The researchers used the descriptive method of the research in this study since its main objective was to determine the Customer Satisfaction as Perceived by Ambulant Vendors in Antipolo City. Descriptive method as cited by Bernabeo, et. Al. (1998). Involves collection data in order to test the hypothesis to answer the question s concerning the current status of the respondent of the study. The study design was suited to the respondents of the study because it is needed to determine the present or the existing nature of the Customer Satisfaction as Perceived by Ambulant Vendors in terms of age, gender and selling experience and through other variables such as product, price, quality and service.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS
The researchers used the questionnaire checklist as the major instrument of the study. The questionnaire checklist was divided into two parts: the first part deals with the profile of the respondent in terms of the age, gender and selling experiences. The second part was composed of statement regarding the factors of the questionnaire checklist was distributed to the ambulant vendors in Antipolo City in front of National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage for validation and reliability testing.
DATA GATHERING PROCEDURE
The researchers formulated their thesis title which is The Customer Satisfaction as Perceived by Ambulant Vendors in Antipolo City. Located in front of National Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage. Afterwards, the researchers selected a thesis Adviser, English Critic and Statistician who will assist them in their study. The researchers formulated chapters 1,2,3 including the questionnaire. The researchers made a letter to the respondents, and was followed by the administration of the questionnaire checklist to the ambulant vendors or respondents.
