She makes it a point to let us all know that we are always doing excellent work and that we are upholding the standards for the company. However, she will also let you know when you are not performing as you should be and if it continues disciplinary action will take place
14. My manager/supervisor seems to care about me as a person.
Disagree. I always get yelled at and screams when I screw things or made mistake at work.
15. I would recommend this organization to others.
Disagree. Although it is a great job and but the management doesn't care or respected what you do in work or respect you in every way .
16. The work I do is not all that important to this organization’s success.
Disagree. The work I do is vital that it is done correctly and with efficiency or else clients get upset and would most likely not return for our services.
17. If I could find another job with better pay, I would leave this organization.
Disagree. Although promotion is unheard of in my job, I have loyalty to the people I work with and would, instead of leaving, speak to my manager in regards to raise.
18. If I could find another job where I would be treated with respect, I would take it.
