Similarities Between Dukan And Paleo Diet
The first similarity between Dukan and Paleo Diet is in the high protein and low carbohydrates. These two types of diet are not restricted to measuring food portions or counting calories but can eat what they want and when they want. Since the foods are all nutritiously well-equipped there is no need to overeat on empty calories. Paleo prescribes all permissible food choices from the get go and there are no allowances for forbidden items on the diet. Furthermore, Dukan and Paleo Diet also an effective in lowering cholesterol and reducing a person's risk for heart disease, stroke, kidney stones and diabetes.
