I-Introduction
Social media means all new online media. They include social networks, blogs, micro blogs, wikis, etc. They allow everyone to create, share and view what others post on their wall. Social media on the Internet are virtual clusters of individuals or legal persons (associations, enterprises, institutions) for their members to discuss and exchange information on dedicated sites. Everyone uses them for specific reasons:
• Individuals to share information, links, interests, search for people, upload photos, videos, etc.
• Professionals to generate business, promote their business, services, business intelligence to follow the trends, make recruitments, etc.
Experiencing social networks in recent years an exponential growth. Facebook, the most famous of them went in the world. The strength of social networks is their immediacy and speed. Just a user finds a product, a service or a person of interest for the information of real-time. The potential of social networks is huge for companies that want to expand their customer base, their reputation and sales. Social networks attract more people on the Internet. Companies must learn to use it to go to new targets. This new channel of communication can enhance J.D.
