StarbucksStore Manager, specifically one in the D.C. area. The receiver of this position will be working atone of our stores in the D.C. area under the formal title o f “Starbucks Store Manager.” They will be reporting directly to the District Manager who oversees their store in that location.
TheDistrict Manager will be in charge of reporting all decisions from corporate to the
StarbucksStore Manager, but it will be the managers sole duty to fulfill these orders. The nature of this position will consist of managing the stores daytoday operations while beingresponsible for its financial results. Managers will be expected to develop, coach, and provide performance management for employees as well as provide the best service possible for allcustomers. In addition, the position will consist of analyzing and developing plans from financialreports, implementing policies from corporate, and ensuring twoway communication betweenthe customers and Starbucks.
