Is mental strength as important as physical strength? Some people asked this may say no, and some may say yes. I think mental and physical strength are equal in many ways. I think the articles Why We Run by Bernd Heinrich, ¨Confessions of a Doper¨ by Jonathan Vaughters, and other quotes by famous athletes can back me up a little. StrengthsQuest says, "In your view there is little to be gained from conflict and friction, so you seek to hold them to a minimum" (StengthsQuest, 2000). After reading a more in depth definition of Harmony, I know how I can utilize this strength. In my career, there are many peers and employees who thrive on conflict. As a writer, there are things that I do well, but there are also things I could improve on to make my writing better. I’m pretty good at getting my point across, and getting people to understand what I’m trying to say. Another thing I’m good at is just writing the paper. Once I get started on a paper it is very easy for me to just keep writing until I’m done with it. However, when doing this I tend to not use the best grammar and be too wordy with my writing. I can definitely fix these issues, and continue to build on the things that I do well.…
