Our final individual presents another unique perspective as an experienced civil servant, having spent the majority of her career revolving around different ministries and public agencies. Subject C is one of the many individuals in our workforce who may lack a university degree, but more than make up for it given the wealth of their experience and technical skills. As the proportion of degree holders in our workforce progresses steadily past one-third (Manpower Ministry, 2017), it is imperative that young graduates are able to complement their academic skills with the advantages of working with senior employees. Along with a summary of Subject C’s distinguished career, we will display how numerous career theories find themselves relevant within her career trajectory.
