Subtle Suicide According an American doctor; Dr Michael Church, he describe subtle suicide as a pattern of self-destructive feelings, thoughts and behaviors that take place over a substantial period of time and over a substantial period of time and significantly reduce the quality and possibly length of one’s life. There is a reasons why people subtle suicide such as obesity, drugs and depression problems. Obesity is one of the main reasons why people commit subtle suicide. Obesity can be relate to low self esteem, and feel anxiety and shamed with self. People who are obese, always be a victim of humiliate by other people especially naughty lids, co-worker or colleague-in school, college or office. Obese people will feel like there is no use for them to continue their life, and to stop all the humiliate things, they seen subtle suicide is the best solution. Depression is the second reasons why people commit subtle suicide. Depression may be described as feeling sad, blue, unhappy, miserable, or down in the dumps. As we can see in the news paper that they were so many people commit suicide because of depress. There are a lot of causes why they commit subtle suicide like high cost of living, chaos in the family, broken relationship, and etc. For an example a teenager commit suicide because didn’t get 9A’s for SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) because he was afraid that his parent will get mad because didn’t get straight A’s for all subject. They always think that “Everyone would all be better off without me” to make rational sense for commit suicide. Drugs the third reasons why people commit subtle suicide. Usually people now a day simply will think by drink alcohol, smoking and drugs can make them feel better, feel happy and they think they can ran from the problems that they have. But they are totally wrong that, in fact by doing that actually they are trying to kill themselves. It is because when we took drugs they actually lose control of themselves and
