Sufficient Homemade Air Conditioner
Sufficient Homemade Air Conditioner

Introduction and Background of the Study As day time is starting to become more and more unbearable, as fans would only constantly stir the hot sticky air S around, so the researchers ended up in choosing this topic. The researchers chose this topic mainly because of the hot weather here in the Philippines. The constant high temperature was the reason this came up to the researchers’ minds. This homemade air conditioner, also known as the “Swamp Cooler”, can help take the edge off and make a little more bearable. Not only that, but it’s also very inexpensive, easy to make, rather effective, and can be used over and over again. Providing cool air without consuming a lot of electricity. This particular design is a low-maintenance version that requires no water drainage. It is not just easy to do, the materials that are also needed to conduct the product are also cheap and easy to find, which is very sufficient for people to make. What more could you ask for?

The researchers aim is to quantify the performance and characteristics of the homemade air conditioner. To be able to do this, the researchers conducted a study about the said product, which is the homemade air conditioner, by making it themselves with the use of two plastic tubes, a copper tube, a cooler , zippies and an ordinary electric fan that has already been used. To make the homemade air conditioner, first , you should put the copper tube in a swirl formation on the front or on the back of the fan and to make the tube surely attached to the fan, secure them using the zippies, make sure that they are securely fastened to maintain stability. Second, you insert each end of the

The problem that our product intends to solve is keeping people’s food and beverages the temperature they want on the go. Hot food can go cold and cold food can get too hot, forcing people to quickly find a fridge or microwave to heat or warm up their foods. Even then, things can go wrong, such as food going bad such as mayonnaise, and ice cream melting to a liquid. The lunchboxes of today are pretty much exactly the same as they would have been 50 years ago, with no major advancements in a food carrying case which is so widespread for people to bring in food from home. Our product will change the game on how people carry their lunches, especially in the winter and summer months. Our battery powered composite heater and refrigeration system will allow people’s lunches to be conveniently heated or cooled. It will even make it possible to bring ice cream from home.…

The arena will be the first in the world to combine the use of displacement ventilation – a reduced-energy cooling system utilizing passive climate controlled air – and crowdsourced feedback to maximize fan comfort. Five massive hangar doors above the grand entrance will open and allow the arena to use natural cooling phenomenon in Sacramento – The Delta Breeze – to control the building’s climate efficiently. With over 300 days of sunshine in Sacramento, the arena’s urban-smart energy system – with a specially designed 1.2 megawatt solar array on the arena roof and an 11-megawatt solar farm 40 miles away through a SMUD partnership – provides a creative solution for generating the power for the venue’s over 200 events all year long (Golden one center,…

It then simulated what these conditions exactly are and later came to realize that they are most likely have a direct relation with rising outdoor temperature which are due to climate change effects. The study used Energyplus and Radiance to examine the effects using morphed probabilistic data from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA). There has been a positive response to these studies that involve reducing carbon emissions in order to mitigate climate change. This had been done through the design and construction of more energy-efficient buildings. However, there have been concerns that buildings like these can potentially overheat due to the increasing levels of thermal insulation and the airtightness of the design reducing the potential to reject heat gains from. As a result, it is important to look at the potential of these energy efficient building to become hotter and the effects of these instances on ones health. As stated earlier, air conditioning will be ones first line of defence in order to maintain the indoor temperature to that of ones thermal comfort level and as a result, preserve the indoor health and well-being of the population. Although one may think that building energy-efficient structures will reduce carbon emissions, the airtight spaces that are a direct outcome of these design will most likely…

Begin with an efficient water cooled variable speed chiller, add high efficiency air handlers, low-pressure drop components, and finish with an integrated control system that minimizes unnecessary dehumidification and simultaneous heating and cooling. • Benchmark existing facilities Use temperature resets to allow use of medium-temperature chilled water (55 degrees Fahrenheit or higher). Warmer chilled water improves chiller plant efficiency and eliminates the need for the chiller during many hours of operation (tower cooling). • Continuously monitor energy and environmental conditions • Document design intent…

According to a report generated by the Environmental Health Agency, more and more people are now spending their time indoors. An average American for instance; spends 90% of his or her time indoors. At the same time such people are exposed to elements like pet dander and dust mites quite consistently. Add to this several other household air pollutants and the threat is quite substantial for such people. No wonder that various diseases and allergic tendencies are on the growth among such homesick people. This brings up the issues relating to purifying the air to prevent such eventualities and on turn the relevance of buying air purifier. The device could be the solution for reduction in air pollution indoor cleaning the air in the home or office considerably.…

In industry, a heat exchanger is used to cool down streams for temperature sensitive processes. The now hot cooling water is useless to the plant unless something is done to cool it down. In industry, cooling water towers are used to bring the water back down to a sufficient level . In a cooling tower, outside atmospheric air is flowed through a “column” while the hot water sprayed into the system. Since air is never at full saturation of water (unless it is raining), some of the hot water will evaporate to satisfy equilibrium. When this water evaporates, heat is taken from the surrounding liquid water which cools it down. In cooling tower design, a very important variable is the wet bulb temperature of the air. The wet bulb corresponds to the current humidity of the air. The greater the difference between the air temperature and wet bulb temperature, the greater the humidity.…

Fragrance compounds have been used since antiquity to freshen air and mask odors as for the ancient Egyptians, known to use masks to scent their tombs. And as time runs until 1948, the first modern air freshener was introduced, using technology developed by the military to disperse insecticides, was a pressurized spray containing about 1% perfume, 24% alcohol and 75% chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) propellant. This compound chemicals capable of reducing a variety of unpleasant odors, and deliver fragrance is the product of AIR FRESHENER…

In order to solve these problems the product “Mobile Air Conditioning (MAC CO. ) had been produced especially with the electricity that is usually turned down many times during the day in the summer time which irritates people and keep them unable to sleep from the hot weather they are living with. This A/C is portable meaning that it could move from one place to another, people can even take it to their work , cars and anywhere they are visiting, they do not use electricity so if the electricity is down for any reason the A/C is not affected and finally , the small size of the Air conditioning make it even easy for children to hold and move it from one place to another whenever they need to turn it on. The company is thinking not only of innovative product but of a product…
